Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For hygiene and safety reasons, there are certain items we cannot accept returns on. These include pet bedding, pet carriers or crates, topical flea treatments, food and water bowls, and items without their original packaging.
We offer a straightforward return policy within 15 days of purchase. This applies only to items that are unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted. If approved, the item can be exchanged or a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
